  • What is the DCI5™?

    The DCI5™ is a holistic, multi-dimensional approach to personality assessment, developed to empower you with the information you need to create and maintain a positive, healthy, effective, and profitable organizational culture.


    Rather than using a single theoretical approach, the DCI5™  and consulting strategies integrate multiple theories and gather information in multiple modalities. In addition, we employ peer-reviewed survey tools that are backed by the psychological community as our gold standard for validating test results.

  • Where is the testing and coaching done?

    All DCI5 surveys are conducted on our website and may be taken from any computer or tablet with internet connection. 


    We discourage the use of phones as the small screen size tends to result in more test-taker errors. 


    Your organization will be provided with a testing link and password to access the testing portal. 


    We offer both on-site and virtual individual coaching and small-group workshops to meet your needs and your budget.




  • What is the cost?

    The short answer is it all depends on the scope of your project and your goals. Following the Step 2 Discovery,  we will create a custom, detailed proposal for your review. 


    We offer numerous options for on-site and virtual workshops, as well as individual coaching for you and your team depending on your needs and budget.


    Testing and consulting services are provided as a project bid or hourly rate depending on the project scale.
